It answers only with the information you approve, and gives prices only within the ranges you decide. If it doesn't know something, it takes the enquiry and passes it to you. We read its conversations every month, every week in Sales office.
Does the assistant answer the phone or WhatsApp?
Not the phone. It answers in writing, on your website. An assistant that also answers inside WhatsApp is an add-on, priced separately.
Does it work on my current website?
With Sales office, yes: we put it on your site in 2 weeks. Website with assistant is always a new website, up to 8 pages.
Will you touch my website? Who approves the texts?
Yes: we add and update pages and fix errors. You approve every text before it is published. If an agency looks after your site, we coordinate with them.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Yes, signed online, with the quantities written down. Minimum term: 6 months for Visibility, 12 for Website with assistant and Sales office. Then month to month, with 30 days' notice. No automatic renewal for another minimum term.
If I stop, what do I keep?
The domain and the texts we wrote stay yours. If we built the website, we hand it over to you. The assistant and the rest of the system are switched off.
