Privacy
This notice explains what personal data anchoradigital.it collects, why and for how long, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Simone Panattoni, VAT no. 16089151001, simone@anchoradigital.it.
Form data
With the free-check form we collect your company name, website, area, main service, name, email and WhatsApp number. We use them only to run the check, send you the result and answer your questions. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we can't run the check.
WhatsApp and email
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use your details only to reply. WhatsApp is a Meta service, with its own terms.
Booking a call
The 15-minute call is booked through Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time and passes them to us to set up the call.
Assistant
Anchora doesn't store these conversations. Messages are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies. Please don't share personal data.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which logs IP addresses and visited pages for technical and security reasons. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no data goes to Google.
Providers outside the EU
Netlify, Calendly, Anthropic and Meta are based in the United States. Data is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Who receives the data
Only the controller and the technical providers listed above, acting on our behalf. We don't sell or share data with third parties and don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep form data and correspondence for 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, for the length of the contract and then as long as the law requires (10 years for accounting records).
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to simone@anchoradigital.it: we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
